ElvUI can only be downloaded from TukUI's site, linked above. If you want clean updating programs, you need either the Curse Client or Wowinterface's Minion. We authors almost universally despise Wowmatix, and at one point were forced to take legal action. On top of that, I don't know any AddOn authors that will provide support to AddOns installed by Wowmatrix. Any AddOns that are All Rights Reserved or other copyright they don't have.
