This take some time but it makes or breaks the experience with Windows 3.1. This could be done by clicking all the groups with the left mouse button in reverse order and then exit Windows (with the option save on exit on). Nice looking view when you start Windows 3.1 and when you press + you will jump to the next programgroup instead of some random one. Windows 3.1 running 1024x768 (or at least 800圆00) with at least 256 colors. I see you replaced IE 5 with 4? why not use the latest version possible for Windows 3.x? IE 5.x is far more usable than IE 4.x in my opinion. IE 5.01 updates/patches: PAN euro support, OE Y2K update, IE 5.0 High Encryption Pack Newer files like LFN, Calmira, Real Player, and F-Prot are located near the bottom of the page. See the Compaq Windows 3.1 versions for how subtle this could be done. I have a lot of Windows 3.x resources stored on tape backup and CD-R, prolly 30gig of stuff dating back to the late 80ies.
